Hello! I’m John Budenas—a creative, business-minded professional with over a decade of experience in digital media, graphic design, and marketing.

I earned my B.A. in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Keene State College in 2020. Originally from the Boston area, I’ve lived and worked across New Hampshire and Western Massachusetts, and I’m currently based in Hartford, Connecticut.

My passion for creating started early—making home videos and DIY “films” with friends—and has evolved into a career centered on visual storytelling and brand identity. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with artists, events, and local businesses, developing bold, engaging visuals and campaigns that connect with audiences.

My background is deeply rooted in DIY culture and live events. I began booking local shows at just 13, an experience that shaped my understanding of grassroots promotion, audience engagement, and creative direction. Today, that foundation informs my work across graphic design, social media strategy, and digital content creation.

Since 2023, I’ve been part of the digital team at WWLP 22News, where I produce breaking news content, manage web and social platforms, and create graphics and video designed to inform and engage in fast-paced environments.
